About Us

Berries n Cream Bakery (BCB) was created to be a “one-stop shop” for those in the community who not only have dietary needs but also a cuisine flair to their palate. After being in the food and beverage industry for over 15 years, I knew there was a lack of dessert choices for people with dietary needs. Couples who couldn't enjoy their own wedding cake and adults & children who never had a birthday cake. One of my favorite things in life is giving people 1st experiences.

Me, being a food lover and newly married mom-preneur, I was like “OK! This is what it needs to be.”

With a 6-month-old strapped to me, I started baking: researching recipes and testing potential flavors in classic, vegan, and gluten-free vegan varieties. I credit everything I learned about bakes to my mom & grandma, who were such an inspiration to me. 

And in 2018, Berries n Cream Bakery was born! And grew. From local markets to the Grand Old Opry, we’ve continued to help people all over the Nashville area.

“You never know where life will take you, and you never know who people know. “

After being contacted for Danica McKellar's birthday, at the time we didn't know where or if it would be published. We had lots of fun and later learned we made an appearance in People. This was an amazing surprise to start the new year.
